This was the most unique and refreshing buying experience I can recall. Within a minute of sending my order Keith was sitting at his computer in New Jersey processing it, then immediately responded to a question I had via phone, even while a huge storm was rolling in. Truly 'Mom and Pop", their offerings are only what they personally would buy for themselves and the best price on Internet. Never enjoyed any purchase more-recommend! Plus, check out the Chef Stir-Fry for healthy, 10 minute meals. Fun! And thank you!

my girlfriend order a car from here, for me as a surprise. She told me of her experience after I receive the nitro car. I first want to say thank you Serendipity for making sure she got exactly what she order, she does not trust online shopping, but you have made her believe that there is no harm in it.
She ordered the car and wanted to get it to me before we went out of town. This was about 6 days before. I think she told me she ordered it on a Monday. By Friday I got the car. She told me that customer service was excellent and she will reccomend you guys to everyone, maybe I will get my buggie on this site!!!!!! YES POWER!!!!!

I purchased the crystal vase and rose for Valentine's Day, received it a couple days before but the first chance I got to look at it was the day before, and the rose didn't fit in the vase. I immediately emailed the site/store owner at 7:37 am on 2/13/2009 and explained my situation. He wrote me back at 7:45 am, and said he would contact the manufacturer immediately, do whatever he can do to get another one to me overnight and write me back. To make a long story short, at 9:21 am he sent me an email and told me that there would be another one shipped that day and it "should" get to me Saturday, and to just keep the one I had. On top of that, at 3:32 pm he sent me a tracking number for the new package.
Sure enough, the package came Saturday with the mail, and my girlfriend loved it. I cannot thank him enough, as you can see the service is amazing and I have already bookmarked this site and spread it and the story to my friends. He definitely went far beyond what he had to do, and what other sites/stores would have done, and I won't hesitate one second to shop here again! Thank you again, and I highly recommend buying from this site/store because they truly care about the customer satisfaction, and the owner is a stand up guy, we need more like him in this world!

I purchased a remote control car (nitro Camero) and I was overly pleased with the product. Also they were very helpful and tracking the product from shippment to delivery. And was very helpful answering any question I had.I place them number one on my online shopping.

I purchased the 2008 NBA Finals Dueling Logo's Coin Lakers vs. Celtics set, between the quick order confirmation reply and receiving updates on shipping .I very pleased at the fast shipping. The coins came in very nice nice Jewelry type box very attractive looking coins . I was very pleased and will be ordering this type of product from Serendipity Deals again. They are a nice addition to my sports collection .
